What is your return window?
We accept return requests within 30 days of delivery.
What items are eligible?
Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition received.
What if my item arrived damaged or defective?
Please contact us within 7 days of delivery at your store email with a photo of the issue. We’ll make it right with a replacement or full refund — no hassle.
How do refunds work?
Once your return is approved, refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
What items can’t be returned?
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following cannot be returned once opened: feeding bottles, pacifiers, and personal care items.
